Arts & Culture

From crafting of hand puppets to the writing of scenes.

Or changing the perspective and drawing what you see.

At Roots, you will have a ball of a time.

You can even learn a German Rhyme.

One day you might see one of their paintings on a wall-

because our Rooties can do it ALL!!!

At Roots Gymnasium, we believe that creative arts can have numerous benefits for students.

First and foremost, it provides them with an outlet to express themselves creatively and explore their talents in a supportive environment. Additionally, participating in the arts can help students develop a sense of discipline and focus, as they work towards mastering their craft.

In terms of dance, students can learn about various styles and techniques, learn about fitness and anatomy, and develop their coordination and flexibility.

In Music classes, learners are taught both through practice as well as the fundamentals of music theory. Students also learn about different genres and instruments and create compositions.

Drama classes provide students with opportunities to develop their public speaking and improvisational skills, while also gaining an understanding of theatrical production.

Finally, visual arts classes allow students to explore different mediums and techniques, and develop their own unique artistic style.
